About Me

Gato Barbieri is a singer-songwriter who travels across America to share his music and at the same time get inspiration to write songs. After being in a band for 5 years, he decided to take his own path to finally focus on the genre of music that he has always been in love with.

With his guitar, empty truck, and $500 in his pocket, he started his journey without knowing where to go. He was surprised by how accepting people are wherever he goes and that his music is enjoyed by everyone. These happy moments are what kept Gato going and produced amazing songs.

The question on what’s next for Gato is still left unanswered. He plans to go to Asia, but the plan is still uncertain. So, he focuses on this blog to document every destination and performances he has to share and inspire others to pursue what they love no matter what.
